GeForce 9400 GT 1GB Review
GeForce 9400 GT 1GB is a middle-class GPU part of the GeForce 9000 Series released by NVIDIA in 2008.
The performance is slightly better than the standard GeForce 9400 GT, due to the extra video memory which can be precious for some games and fundamental at high resolutions.
Still, the performance is very limited due to the architecture itself and so most demanding games are only playable at low settings while very demanding games, might be unplayable, even at the lowest settings.

It's not advisable, that's too little wattage. Your GPU will likely run but your system will sporadically shut off and/or freeze due to inadequate power. I'd suggest getting a new PSU if you want a dedicated GPU
