GeForce GT 630M DDR3 Review
GeForce GT 630M 1GB DDR3 is a variant of the middle-class GeForce GT 630M.
Based on the Fermi GF108, it offers 96 Shader Processing Units, 16 TMUs and 4 ROPs on a 128-bit interface of DDR3.
The central unit runs at 660MHz and will go up to 800MHz in Turbo Mode while the memory clock operates at 900MHz. A 2GB version which will offer the same performance is also available.
Its overall performance is clear superior to previous GeForce GT 620M/625M and also above previous GeForce GT 540M and slightly above GeForce GT 550M and so most modern demanding games can be played at medium settings smoothly using a 1366x768 (most common) resolution while modern games are playable using the high preset smoothly.

should not i get more than 30 fps always using advanced settings in crysis 2 then why the hell am i getting 20-30 fps????

I maxed Asasin's Creed Brotherhood at ultra resolution- 1366x768 with no multisample (anti analising) and vsync was on And got around 45 FPS in darkness with less animations and while fighting with sunrise reflections around 35 nice gfx for budget!!!!

na its nt a DDR5.......bt the second one has 3rd gen i7.....n does the diff graphic card make a lot of difference ??

A rig is only as good as its weakest component. The 630M 2GB is a gimmick and even so the Radeon HD 6770M is still better. The CPU is better on the second option but it's more than enough in the first option.

6770m has a lil bit higher clock.. but the 630m has a higher shader and mem clock, so I choose 630m.. correct me if Im wrong.. hehe.. PS: I have 630m and it's great! :D no bias on both sides :)
