GeForce GT 640 144 Shaders Review
GeForce GT 640 144 Shaders (OEM) is a fast-middle-class GFX, based on the 40nm Fermi architecture.
It's based on the Fermi GF116 Core and offers 144 Shader Processing Units, 24 TMUs and 24 ROPs, on a 192-bit memory interface of DDR3. While the central unit runs at 720MHz, the memory clock operates at 900MHz.
It's therefore a renamed GeForce GT 545 DDR3 and performs like it.
