Radeon HD 7870 Gigabyte OC Edition is a special edition of the powerful Radeon HD 7870. See the standard version for more information about it.
The differences include an increase in the core-clock that went from 1000MHz to 1100MHz and a new quiet and efficient cooling system is also available.
Benchmarks indicate a 5% performance boost when compared to the standard Radeon HD 7870.

Yeah should be all fine.
Although get an FX 6300 instead. It will perform much better than a 6100 and will cost much less than any of i5s ;)
if you feel like money is no problem I would say, go with an fx 8320

that cpu would not be the best choice for this card as it would cause bottleneck. A 7850 would suit that cpu better.

660ti is the competitor of the 7950, the 660 is about the same as this one. Look up some professional reviews before you buy something as expensive as this :)

Yes it will be fine on that Mobo, usually the limiting factor is either PSU or a potential CPU being bottlenecked.
