GeForce GT 610 Review
GeForce GT 610 is an entry-level GPU still based on the 2010, 40nm, Fermi architecture.
It's based on the power optimized GF119 Core and offers 48 Shader Processing Units, 8 TMUs and 4 ROPs, on a 64-bit memory interface of standard DDR3. The central unit runs at 810MHz and the memory clock operates at up to 900MHz.
It's at heart a renamed GeForce GT 520 and performs exactly like it.
Therefore, today's modern demanding games are playable using a 1024x768 resolution while modest games can be played using a 720p resolution. Extremely demanding modern games such as Crysis 3 might require extremely reduced settings (800x640 + Very Low Preset) or might not run at all.

I've seen Zotac's model with PCI slot , that should revigorate a dead old rig.

the pny verto version has a very nice clock rate and 1 gig of ram which is good for 1 moniter so if you want this card don't get it it's dated get a 650 or a 750

it depends on the manufacturer to, its not only GPU or memory,
Asus is the best in my opinion.I have GT610 from Gainvard and its cooling unit is very bad. I try to overclock the gpu i didnt manged to get even 50 mHz
more, it overheated.

I asked you because you may run it on 250 but that depends on your CPU and it's TDP. By the way why no to integrated, when there is plenty of them that are better than this

Oh, my bad. It could run on 250w power supply. Is it branded like Corsair, SeaSonic, or it came preloaded with case.

Fantastic card if you don't want to max out the newest titles. I can run every game on the Source engine at high settings at 45-60 fps. This has to be one of the most underrated cards.

It's not underrated, it's just bad. They shouldn't sell this bad cards for this price. I can't run any of the new triple AAA titles, while this is the newest low range entry level card you can get.
