GeForce 610M 2GB Review
GeForce 610M 2GB is an entry-level mobile GFX based on the 40nm Fermi GF119 Core.
It offers 48 Shader Processing Units, 8 TMUs and 4 ROPs on a 64-bit memory interface of 2GB DDR3 (which is a gimmick since this GFX does not benefit from a 2GB frame buffer). The central clock speed will range from less than 500MHz to up to 850MHz and will be defined by the laptop manufacturer and even the memory clock can be clocked up to 900MHz. Expect a power consumption of up to 12 Watts though underclocked versions will consumes less energy.
Its performance will depend largely on the clock frequencies each version has and this GPU's rank is based on the highest clock version. Still, overall, expect modern demanding games to be only playable at the lowest settings.
