Pentium 4 HT 630 Review
The Pentium 4 HT 630 has the same performance as the Pentium 4 HT 631. Defining the architecture and especially the processor cores (Cedar Mill and Prescott-2M), there are no performance differences. The Cedar Mill (631)uses (max.) 86W, the HT 630, 84W → differences in technology for this fact is shown in the die size and the amount of transistors.
