Core 2 Quad Q9650 3.0GHz Review
Core 2 Quad processors are multi-chip modules consisting of two dies similar to those used in Core 2 Duo, forming a quad-core processor. While this allows twice the performance to a dual-core processors at the same clock frequency in ideal conditions, this is highly workload specific and requires applications to take advantage of the extra cores. Also, high-end Core 2 Duo processors often operate at higher clock frequencies, so the performance for single-thread workloads would be worse on a Core 2 Quad.
Initially, all Core 2 Quad models were versions of Core 2 Duo desktop processors, Kentsfield derived from Conroe and Yorkfield from Wolfdale, but later Penryn-QC was added as a high-end version of the mobile dual-core Penryn.

FSB Bus Speed is 1333 Mhz not 1600 Mhz. Only QX9770 & QX9775 processor's have bus speed of 1600 Mhz.

The AMD APU you have is not a true quad core... It consists of two "sandwich" modules with 2 integer cores each that share resources... It is not AMD's version of hyperthreading but it can best be described as a dual core that "behaves" like it is quad core... But this CPU is a true quad core and base clock is higher... In the end having 4 actual cores is better than having 4 integer cores...

Much disinformation, the LIano apus are based on a improved K10 architecture and they are real quad cores. Also the bulldozer/piledriver based fx/apu cpus are also true quad cores and more, they have two real cores per module. This cpu is the one of high end C2Q from intel and you have a mid end apu from LIano based apus with lower clock speed. :)

I have a question :D
I have a micro-ATX case and I cannot find any PSU that fits it.
My PSU say : 250W (+ 100W max)
So can PSU work with:
-This CPU
-An IDE HDD 7200 prm
-A GPU that consumes about 55W (HD 7750)
-2xDDR3 4GB RAM.
I used this :D to calculate and the recommended wattage is 332 Watt.
So can my PSU survive?

Hey buddy, it is better not to take any risk. The capacitors in the PSU age and slowly the maximum wattage decreases. So, if the PSU is an old one, then do not even try because in the end you will just smell smoke coming out from your PSU. :( :(

Mazasrb
20:26 Dec-27-2012

Yeah it's quite good, like i3-2100 on stock, with some OC to 3.6 GHz it should work very well in games. Might be a bit bottlenecking the GPU in CPU dependent games.
