nowdays its a quite poor CPU, AMD's FX 6300 is "the minimum" for gaming.

When you consider play at 30-45 FPS, Yes. Said that, some games run bad even on my i5.(99-100% CPU load and 78-95% GPU load, with R9 280X, soon i will actualise my GD Rig)

If your on edge about upgrading to this let me say this is a nice CPU it has done me well in the time I have had it it can run simplistic games so smooth that you wouldnt think its possible and games like DayZ on normal at a nice 40-50fps

However I do only have an HD 7770 GPU so that may explain the lower fps

Will this processor bottleneck my GTX 770, if so, how much will it affect my performance in games?

It will. Not much but it will.I would get atleast FX 6300 for an 770,in that case there would be no bottleneck at all ;)

Vishera CPUs are way better(15% per core) than Most FM2+ CPU(excluding Carrizo parts like Athlon 845) for gaming, but an upgrade isn't worth.

It depends on the grafics you have, wich one is it? Your CPU uses 125W, you should have a GPU that uses 130W at maximum, or so. Anyway you should buy atleast a 500W PSU

No not 500W because the GPU (graphical processing unit) you use is a special one. All the GTX 750 Ti versions of all brands use 60W, because of the technology. And that GPU doesn't need a power cable of the PSU. All the watts come from the motherboard. So I think there is just a 400W PSU needed.

GTX 750Ti have a TDP of 60W, but canno't exceed 38.5W because of BIOS Lock.(unless you do BIOS modding)

This CPU is actually pretty beast for gaming. I got it, and I absolutely love it. Now, I just need a new GPU. I'm thinking a 760 to go with it.

but i'd choose fx6300, which offers 2 more cores at a lower price than this, although it needs some overclocking knowledge to raise its clock from 3,5 to a nice 4.0+, and ta-da! futureproofness!
