Pentium G3220 3.0GHz Game Requirement Analysis

Pentium G3220 3.0GHz is a budget processor based on the 22nm, Haswell architecture.

It offers 2 Physical Cores (2 Logical), clocked at 3.0GHz and 3MB of L3 Cache.
Among its many features, Virtualization is activated.

The processor integrates very weak Graphics called Intel HD Graphics Desktop (Haswell), with 10 Execution Units, initially clocked at 350MHz and that go up to 1100MHz, in Turbo Mode which share the L2 Cache and system RAM with the processor.
Both the processor and integrated graphics have a rated board TDP of 54W.

It offers average performance. This means it will become a bottleneck in some demanding applications.

How would this CPU handle games like Dying Light,AC Unity,Shadow of Mordor with a GTX 750 1GB DDR5?

I don't think it would get much bottleneck if at all.

I'm having buttleneck with my Celeron E3300 and GTX 650, and I wanna something good and cheap for my GPU, I know I won't have problems with this Pentium, but it would run nice after an upgrade, maybe a R9 270x? I'll upgrade maybe at the end of the year, could I use a Pentium for some months before a broadwell upgrade?

It will bottleneck the R9 270x in next gen games. Perhaps you might at least get a G3258 and take advantage of its unlocked multiplier !

or a Athlon X4 860K, faster and cheaper.
also got an open multiplier.

i got it with a iGPU (= A10-7850k) and in my opinion it outperforms my bother i5s by far.

I would rather go with a 270x, the costs lie right in between the 750 and the 760, but the card performs about 10% better than the 760.
or the 280 it costs as much as the 760 but it has 20% better performance.

How well would this cpu do with a r7 250x 1gb ddr5 on BF4, unturned, and Minecraft?

are you serious….
first of all the settings mostly affect the gpum, so ultra says nothing.
the second point is that the 270x is a powerfullcard…. but it would never get 90+ fps at 1080p and ultr settings. In crossfire it may would, because then its compparble to the 290x or even sometimes even the gtx 980.

and my third point is if i would build a system on the budget, he seems to plan with, i would highly recomend an APU build an then oc the iGPU. I build one myself it capable of pretty musch every game (except maybe crysis 3, ACU or farcry 4) on 1080p with medium - high settings:AC3 BF3/4 TR etc all on high and medium

In my opinion unless someone has actually tested the card out like AlenKosb then I can't confirm that the r9 270x cannot reach 90 fps on BF4

Also I don't think I am very fond of the APUS in my opinion, Since I feel like those are little overpriced also I prefer cpus Paired with Ded-Gpus IMO
