That depends on what you're looking to play. A 960 will most likely be bottlenecked by your i3 in a good portion of the games out there. I'd say get the i5 first, then go for a GPU upgrade. The 7850 is still a very good card, especially with that overclock you have going :D

there will not be a major bottleneck because games now a days are not very cpu intensive rather gpu intensive(reason is the consoles)
and hd 7850 is pretty dead compaded to gtx 960. iam telling about newer games again

The 7850 is obviously slower, but it can still run all the latest games at least on medium settings. FC: Primal, GTA 5, Rise of the tomb raider etc.

You can run this CPU at low settings? Wrong page?
GD are only basing there requirements of the publishers official game requriements, so the "liers" have to be the game publishers then, not GD ;)

What's the problem bud ? :)
All those SR are official, GD can't change it and It's all about optimization and marketing tricks. Let me explain, some games need GeForce GTX 650 as a min req while in fact a single GeForce GT 630 will be able to run this game on low settings, this is absolutely not a GD's error, GD try to give you valid informations, have a complain ? why you don't try to ask dev/pub team ? :D

there is no need of replacement for your cpu. Most games which is said to be run at 4 cores are sucha lie. because you can run those games just by using double core processor. trust me. follow this step :-

Task manager > processes > [right click on game application. ie. farcry4.exe > choose set afinity > unclick core 1 and 3 , and click core 0 and core 2. if you have only two cores, then click on it. install those patches, and try it .

Turbo boost is a in-built function that are enabled by the hardware itself when needed. Unfortunally intel i3 does not have the turbo boost technology. Only intel CPUs from the i5, i7 and xeon families has this feature :)

As a g3258 owner , if you don't plan on overclocking , go for the i3 ,
otherwise the g3258 overclocks to 4.3 Ghz on the stock cooler , on a cheap h81 mobo and it performs better in some applicatios.
