FX-8320E is an energy efficient CPU based on the 32nm Piledriver architecture.
It offers 8 Physical Cores (8 Logical), initially clocked at 3.5GHz, which may go up to 4.0GHz and 8MB of L3 Cache.
Among its many features, Turbo Core and Virtualization are activated and the clock multiplier is unlocked, meaning it can be overclocked easily.
The processor DOES NOT integrated any graphics. and has a rated board TDP of 95W.
Its rank and specifications are still predicted.[Please be aware that GD data is constantly refined as more information and reports are made available.]
Have this CPU with my R7 250 1GB and it runs most games at a smooth 60fps! CS:GO on low could reach 250 on some maps. Recommend this to anyone :)
Worth upgrading to this processor with my rig? Like, keeping the GPU and 500W power source?
The CPU I'd recommend to anyone who wants to stick with the most popular and undemanding games (LoL, dota, csgo) but also wants to do something CPU-intensive (like streaming).
Low price (compared to i5/7s) and enough juice to handle everything you throw at it (that isn't a new AAA game on Ultra at 4k, of course)
This might be my new friend! Low price, good perfomances. Hopefully it will do well on my am+3 970xtreme. Hopefully it will take it gently and tidy!
I have this CPU and didn't even reach above 75% in almost all of the games out there.
My AVG Temp is like 30C.
Does anyone know what's the max temperature of this bad boy?Cause I want to overclock mine but I don't want to get any problems doing so.
This fx 8320e is a beast for overclocking if you got good motherboard and a cpu cooler, i have my running at 3.9 GHz and could overclocked it to 4.5 Ghz if i want to!!!
Fixed atlast.. Thanks Pip
Mine Only 1% worse.. LOL GD… Fix it..
