FX-8310 Game Requirement Analysis

The AMD FX-8310 is a high-performance desktop CPU released in the latter part of 2014.
It is built on the 32nm Vishera architecture and has a power TDP of 95 watts. It packs 8 physical cores clocked at 3.4 GHz, which will go up to 4.3 GHz in Turbo mode. It has an L1, L2 and L3 cache of 384 KB, 8192 KB and 8 MB respectively. It does not integrate any discrete graphics processing unit.

They are priced right and piledriver FX are more than capable gaming cpus and mostly they age well compared to intel dualcores
But yeah, its almost 2,5 years old tech and it looks that until 2016 they are only big cpus from amd

still the APUS and the APUs without iGPU, aka athlon x4 are still a cheap solid choice for gaming.
Personally if I choose to go for an athlon x4 and r7 …60x I can upgrade every year for only 250-350$ and will not affect my wallet and by my wallet I mean my father's wallet…. :D

board is solid, memory ok, hdd is nice but that psu…
Its like rolling a dice, you can get decent one made by Andyson or get some garbage soldered together by some random low end chinese OEM

Dont know, I just checked prices on my local store and they are 235 euro without cpu (which is OEM) so I guess its some 110 euro for cpu -335eur =417usd, in US its probably cheaper so its not that good deal if you have to replace psu for something better
