It is miles better by todays standards 2016. we are no longer in 2007 where a quad core procesoor was 1000% better than a pentium IV that was only 2 years older than it. Processor technology is moving incredibly slowly today than the 90-00s

Yes But When i post this comment i had Q8200 :P Now i have Q9450 its a difference :P i think Q9450 Normal Not Q8200 :P My CPU Can Handdle games without oc perfectly :P My GPU to Good But Its Dont Support DX11-12:( Because Of it i Want Upgrade it To GTX960, My CPU Will Not Bottleneck This GPU i See Videos On Youtube My CPU Usses All 99% Of This GPU:)

nope, the 280X Toxic before was max 80% on GTA V, but now I can upgrade my CPU without having to buy another GPU.
the Toxic died, now I am actually running a gt 640. the 970 is a X-Mas present
