It offers 6 Physical Cores (6 Logical), initially clocked at 3.2GHz, which may go up to 3.6GHz and 6MB of L3 Cache.
Among its many features, Turbo Core and Virtualization are activated and the clock multiplier is unlocked, meaning it can be overclocked easily.


The processor DOES NOT integrate any graphics. and has a rated board TDP of 125W.


It is a powerful processor whose performance is good. It's thus capable of running most applications smoothly without any problem.

I've read some forums and everywhere they say that your mobo really doesn't support this CPU. It looks like it's just bios problem. You can try it, but it doesn't look good. Sorry :-(

anyone knows wich gpu goes best with this processor.
I found myself in a lucky position as i found this cpu along with the M4A785TD-V EVO motherboard from ASUS.
so yeah found as in free. not hear to make you feel bad though. lol

Well, in my opinion the Phenoms are still the best from AMD yet, so you can pair practically any GPU with this one. Any for FullHD gaming, not some 980ti in SLI :D And with good cooler it is pretty easy to OC this CPU too :-) You are very lucky to found it, though :D

Yeah, I was considering RX 470 or 480 too… They both look really good! And if the price will be as promised… But I think I will stick with my rig for another two years and buy both CPU and GPU after finishing school. It is hard to study with strong PC :D

Upgrade,also it won't the gtx 650 is a really mediocre gpu not even a pentium g3220 won't bottleneck it, gpu wise you can upgrade to something more powerful
