Athlon II X3 450 Review
The Athlon II series is based on the AMD K10 architecture and derived from the Phenom II series. However, unlike its Phenom siblings, it does not contain any L3 Cache. There are two Athlon II dies: the dual-core Regor die with 1 MB L2 Cache per core and the four-core Propus with 512 KB per core. Regor is a native dual-core design with lower TDP and additional L2 to offset the removal of L3 cache. The three core Rana is derived from the Propus quad-core design, with one core disabled.

Hello guys i have a question .
i m going to reinstall windows 7 i used 32bit system.
Should i now go with 64bit or keep 32bit.

Will my CPU usage be higher with 64bit , especially when gaming?

64 bit will allow you to use all 4GB of your RAM, while 32 bit only allows for -3.25GB. I'd definately go with the 64-bit version if you can choose...

4.5ghz is little too high for rana athlons, unless you plan to cool it with something special like liquid nitrogen :-D
But there is way to increase performance of this chip, first thing, try to unlock 4th core in bios, second aim for stable 3.6ghz (higher fsb is better), oc with low temperatures

Nice CPU at 3.2GHz and for £56.98 @amazon UK you can not really complain for the price at all. I go with a Redeon 6450 with 1GB DDR3. But that's my opinion. Probably a better one in the future.
