Core i7-3930K 6-Core 3.20GHz Review
The Intel® Core™ i7 processor family for the LGA-2011 socket is the next generation of 64-bit, multi-core desktop processor built on 32-nanometer process technology. Based on the low-power/high performance Intel® Core™ i7 processor microarchitecture, the processor is designed for a two-chip platform as opposed to the traditional three-chip platforms (processor, MCH, and ICH). The two-chip platform consists of a processor and the Platform Controller Hub (PCH) and enables higher performance, easier validation, and improved x-y footprint. if you go with a 3770k it will be like a 15% less performance but you wont have to change motherboards.

I love this chip, not only does it have great stability while gaming the price is awesome. It takes the little edging out of gaming that you get with the quad core processors, such as max payne 3 and other processor hogging games... It also comes with a overclocking warranty (that you pay extra for) from intel, in case you fry it while overclocking, Same with all the major chips like 3960X which in price has a thumbs down when compared to the 3930K. Especially when you really have a close up look of the specs on the 2 processors side by side. A 10+ from me & 2 thumbs up.... ;-)

I'm fine with the clock speed it has but what If, I overclock it like 30Ghz or 50Ghz ?
What improvements will I get ?

If you got it to 5.0GHz, the improvement would be fairly significant, but not so much better than how well it currently performs to warrant risking the life of the component.

30GHz or 50GHz? That's still impossible.

I know, that's why I said 5.0 :D I think he meant overclock it up by 3.0 GHz or 5.0 GHz, but still, I haven't seen any SB-E get above the mid 5 GHz range.
