APU A6-3420M Quad Core Review
Fusion A6-3420M Quad Core is a laptop CPU part of the A6-Series, with integrated GPUS, released by AMD, in 2011.
The CPU does feature 4 cores, as well as HT technology. However, the core frequency, per core, is relatively low so the performance leaves much to be desired.
Still, Fusion A6-3420M Quad Core should be powerful enough to handle every game out there.

Hi to anyone who wants any info on this CPU. Only got my laptop yesterday, so I've not really tested this out much. It starts up very quickly (even given all the Acer stuff that came pre-installed). It has turbo up to 2.4 GHz which is decent, however it seems as though it does this automatically, as I can't find anything in the BIOS or Windows to adjust this. Handles MS Visual Studio, Photoshop and Dreamweaver with ease. The only game I've currently tested is GTA San Andreas (good bench marking game I think), and it can play that reasonably well (coupled with a HD 7670M and 4Gb RAM.

I'm expecting good things from this however, as GD rates my Desktop's Athlon II as only 24% better than this CPU, and my Athlon can do anything I throw at it with ease :)

ok, basically this CPU is the mobile version of A6-3500 like mine. it has good performance from working and light gaming. not only GTA: San Andreas that can run pretty easily, but also it can run good game from Just cause 2, Saints Row 3 and Mass Effect series. if the game optimized so well it can also played it with good FPS for example, Max Payne 3, Mafia II. if you want to know what game you can play, you can visit my profile page. :)

Yeah it is good, I've got plenty of work out of this without any hassle. I was playing Skyrim just now on High Graphics settings, hardly any noise and barely heated up at all, very impressed.
