APU A10-5800K Quad-Core Game Requirement Analysis

APU A10-5800K Quad-Core is a performance CPU based on the 32nm, Piledriver architecture.

It offers 4 Physical Cores (4 Logical), initially clocked at 3.8GHz, which may go up to 4.2GHz and 4MB of L2 Cache.
Among its many features, Turbo Core and Virtualization are activated and the processor has the clock multiplier unlocked, meaning it can be overclocked easily.

The processor integrates powerful Graphics called Radeon HD 7660D, with 384 Shader Processing Units, clocked at 800MHz, which share the L2 Cache and system RAM with the processor.
Both the processor and integrated graphics have a rated board TDP of 100W.

It is a powerful Quad Core whose performance is good. It's thus capable of running most applications smoothly without any problem.

it is a 2 Module/4 core, the cores are physical, AMD's architecture is NOT like intel's.

Your PC automatically will, to go above this would require manual overclocking

In SOME cases, it's not b.s, as you can put a a10 apu in crossfire with a related AMD gpu. However, it only supports a few weak gpu's, so GTX 650 still might be better:
HD 6670
HD 6570
Whatever the case, I'm really really late XD

I'm looking forward to the 14nm APUs, they should have plenty powerful iGPUs and integrated Vram on the chip, to run every game maxed out at 720-1080p depending on the game :)

This gpu is pretty good for the price. I got it before my Core i7 and ran Crysis 3 on max settings with high particles and 2xSMAA with 40-60 FPS. I truely recommend it when you are on budget, but an Athlon x4 750K is just slightly better whenever you don't use integrated graphics

well its a 0% difference.. so i dont know why you would waste money on it when you already have a fairly good CPU as it is :)
but if you're eager to burn money.. id recommend upgrading your GPU :)
