Anyone playing Max Payne 3 ? Anyone having issues with the game ? I am getting like 90 FPS ingame but the game is abit laggy. I lowered all the settings got the same FPS but the game is not laggy. If anyone has any fixes or suggestion please tell me.

I've installed Sniper ellite v2, but sometimes when i zoom in it freezes the game and my PC, cant find any fix to the problem, anyone has any idea what can be the cause of it ?
