I don't know if fraps lower the fps of games, but i think it's just show the fps of games. Yeah it's high setting according default setting. But sometimes the default setting, show medium setting. I dont know if its really high setting.

Everyone, sorry if i overboast, Skyrim is playable.
maybe 15-30 is not decent enough but it's playable. I am using fraps to see play it on high setting in auto detect. 15-20 fps open areas, 20-24 fps in town. 30 fps facing wall or dungeon.

I can run skyrim!
