Based on the Intel® G45 chipset, this motherboard supports Intel® Core™2 Quad and Core™2 Duo processors with FSB up to 1600MHz(oc). The integrated GMA X4500HD graphics engine provides DirectX 10 support for playing the latest games titles, and includes hardware acceleration for a range of high-definition content formats. Ideal for use as a media or home PC, the G45M-S can output HD content via the HDMI connector on the rear I/O or via the new DisplayPort™ connector. Gigabit LAN, 7.1 channel HD audio and a full range of connectivity options including FireWire, eSATA, SATAII RAID and USB2.0 make the G45M-S a highly-configurable solution. FoxOne™ Premium technology enables easy overclocking and system monitoring from a Windows-based control panel.
