We’re overflowing with freebies these days and two more have come our way courtesy of Ubisoft. The dynamic duo of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag and World in Conflict: Complete Edition are available to add your Uplay libraries, no strings attached.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag was undoubtedly one of the finest games in the AC series until Assassin’s Creed Origins came and toppled it off its perch. It originally launched in 2013 and expands of the seafaring elements of ACIII. You’re a god-damned pirate, sea shanties, grog-swilling and all, so there’s a lot to love about what was a pretty radical departure for the series. “In honor of the tenth anniversary of the first Assassin’s Creed game, you’ll be able to get Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag for free,” writes Ubisoft.

Now, if you’re frantically looking for that download link - patience is needed. ACIV: Black Flag is going to be free to add to your Uplay library from December 11th through to the 18th, so jot that down in your diary.

Before then, World in Conflict: Complete Edition is available to add to your Uplay client from now through to December 11th. “It’s been ten years since the release of critically acclaimed real-time strategy game World in Conflict,” says Ubisoft said, “You’ll be able to download World in Conflict and its expansion (Soviet Assault) for free.”

World in Conflict is an RTS set in an alternate history version of the 1980s, in which the Soviet Union has invaded Russia. It plays quite a bit like Company of Heroes with its capture points generating resources which can then be spent on sending new troops into battle.

If you want World in Conflict then you can grab it now here, and remember to check back in a week's time for ACIV: Black Flag.
