The Sims 3: Lucky Palms Announced

Electronics Arts, the Sims 3 Series producer has announced a new town for The Sims 3, Lucky Palms.

The new town appears to be a mix between Lunar Lakes and Hidden Springs as images show "an island of green amid shifting sands"...

The announcement was very brief with only a handful of screenshots but more information will be released over the next handful of days. Lucky Palms, just like previous town releases, will also feature a dedicated page and will only be available at the sims 3 online store.

We dropped by Sims 3 Official Facebook Page and the fan reaction there is mostly negative. Fans want the aclaimed Seasons, University and Open for business expansion packs that don't seem to be coming out anytime soon, especially now Sims 3: Supernatural is on the horizon.

You can head over here to check out the Lucky Palms announcement.

What are your thoughts? Is EA listening to its fans? Should this town be available for free or are you happy to cough up the readies for some more Sims fun?
