There was a moment over the past few weeks where it seemed that The Amazing Spider-Man might not actually reach PC as it was being dropped from Steam distribution.

Well that does not seem to be the case anymore. Lets take a look at the Amazing Spider Man System requirements to see how awesome your machine has to be to play it...

The Amazing SpiderMan Minimum System Requirements

OS: Windows 7 or (Windows® XP (with Service Pack 3) and DirectX® 9.0c) or (Windows Vista® with Service Pack 2)

GPU RAM: 512 MB 3D hardware accelerator card required – 100% DirectX® 9.0c with Shader Model 3 support.

GPU: NVidia GeForce 8800 GT / AMD Radeon HD4770

CPU: Intel Core® 2 Duo 2.6 GHz or AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800

RAM: 3 GB of Memory

HDD: 8.1 GB of uncompressed hard disk space (Plus 500 MB for swap file)

AUDIO: DirectX 9.0–compliant sound card

NET: Broadband recommended

When will they release this game? It's already out for consoles. Will it be available for download somewhere. like Steam?
I'm guessing two months after the console release. Typical Activision Blizzard protocol for games not called "Call Of Duty".
