PES 2013 Release Date Announced

The popular football game PES (Pro Evolution Soccer) is the main competitor the football giant Fifa 13 and it has announced its release date.

Last year Konami brought out their annual footie title PES 2012 a whole two weeks after Fifa 12. We think this cost them the edge. This year Fifa have already announced their release date for the 28th Sept, when will PES 2013 release? Lets take a look...

PES 2013 is scheduled to release on September 21st. They have managed to put the release-date a handful of days before Fifa 13 launches.

There has always been a fierce warfare regarding which football game takes the top position, Fifa or PES. The last few years Fifa has taken the crown. It remains to be seen if PES can turn it around this year.

PES has the following new features:

Better goalkeeper behaviour

Pro-active AI

PES full control (Allows you to take full control over every pass and shot)

150 licensed teams

Aside from these new features there will be many fixes and other small features. If you would like to get a feel for the game right now you can get the demo from their official website.

i play both the games ... in fifa 12 gameplay is good but not graphics . i mean the shot power , style ..... in pes 12 the graphics are awesome but the shot power is very less ......difficult to score from 25 - 30 m distance

I don't think PES 2012 has better graphics... It has more effects and reflections, and that makes it look powerfull :) But PES 2012 has poor animations, players sometimes feel like robots... FIFA 12 is much better in that section... But in FIFA 12 I hated that when playing with a weaker team (English League one, two, etc) when you attack players sometimes go behind you and won't go into the open so you can make a good pass... That frustrated me when I played Manager mode, I like to start form the lowest league possible on legendary... I was getting mad so much that I was biting my arm... It was all red, lol :D I expect both PES 2013 and FIFA 13 to be awesome and a step forward from their predecessors :D
