The iPhone 5 has been revealed in a press event by Apple. The hyped super gadget has been awaited for a long time, and after many fake pictures Apple has finally officially revealed it today (September 12).
Some specs of the new iPhone...
Weight: 112 grams
Thickness: 7,6 mm
Display: 4 inch
Resolution: 1136 x 640
Camera: 8 Megapixels
The iPhone 5 is 20% lighter and 18% thinner than the iPhone 4S. The touchscreen-control is integrated into the display, making it possible to make the iPhone this thin.
The new iPhone also comes with an A6-chip, which makes it twice as fast as its predecessor. The camera is 8 megapixels which is the usual standard for a smartphone nowadays. The battery duration consists of about 8 hours while using 3G and dialing, and 10 hours while using WiFi. The iPhone 5 runs on iOS 6.
Is this new iPhone worth an upgrade from your old phone?
