First DLC Darksiders 2 Out September 25

The first DLC of Darksiders 2, Argul's Tomb, will be available next week.

The release-date for PC and Xbox 360 is 25th September, and the release for the PlayStation 3 is one day later...

The singleplayer of Darksiders 2 is quite long, but very much worth playing if your a fan of the genre. The huge world is full of events to do, and the story continues throughout the whole ~60 hours of the singleplayer.

For those who haven't had enough after that, there will be a DLC ready. If you purchased the Limited Edition or pre-purchased the game you can pick this one up for free. The first DLC of Darksiders 2 will include 2 new locations: The Grand Spire and Frozen Mountain. These locations can also be defined as "dungeons". The areas are located in an icy area.

The two new locations will include new loot, enemies, puzzles and also an on-rails shooter mission. Darksiders 2 themselves had the following say: “Argul's Tomb is revealed as a distant, ice-y world containing many secrets and legendary items.”

Argul's Tomb will cost about 7 euros or 560 Microsoft points. The Wii U version which will be released later this year will have this DLC included in the standard edition of the game.

I think that Darksiders 2 is not the kind of game that a DLC can fit in. I mean, DLCs help you understand the huge world of an RPG. The Darksiders series might have a few RPG features but it's not considered to be an RPG. I see that DLCs are a new way of getting money of gamers without offering something new and interesting.
