The Bureau: XCOM Declassified System Requirements

The Bureau: XCOM Declassified

We all know it - the government is hiding things from us! Roswell, Area 51; it's so obvious, aliens are real man, they just won't tell us!

If you want you chance to get in on the cover up (and look dashing while doing so) you'll want to try the latest XCOM game; if you can run it. Find out in The Bureau: XCOM Declassified System Requirements...

The Bureau: XCOM Declassified System Requirements

The Bureau: XCOM Declassified Minimum System Requirements

OS: Windows XP

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 2.4GHz or AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core 5200+

RAM: 2GB System Memory

GPU: GeForce 8800 GT or ATI Radeon HD 3870

DX: DirectX 9.0c

HDD: 12 GB Free Hard Drive Space

The Bureau: XCOM Declassified Recommended System Requirements

OS: Windows 7 64bit

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 2.5GHz or AMD Phenom II X4 900e

RAM: 4GB System Memory

GPU: GeForce GTX 560 or ATI Radeon HD 6950

DX: DirectX 9.0c

Given the gameplay we've seen, it's quite surprising how high the recommended requirements are; but the minimums are suitably low which makes reasonable sense for a third person strategy. This is likely very similar to the popular XCom: Enemy Unknown.

The Bureau has a slightly different take on the XCOM style of strategy; time will continue to flow although you can always pause to give orders to your squad mates. Make sure you stay in cover though; the aliens can and will kill you, and once a man goes down, he's not getting back up.

What do you think of the back story for The Bureau? Tell us your thoughts below!

The game is probably not as demanding as it says it is. It's usually like that.

but the code was new in most areas
if it had been based off XP, it would have been a success

vista was the biggest fail, XP was the better OS ever made.
