So I think I have 2 programs that I can recommend.

The 1st one is PhotoScape. It's basically a light image editing program.
The 2nd one is FormatFactory. It can change a ton of formats into your desired format.

I will not be posting any links to the programs. Both are freeware, and I have used them both for years.
In case you have know better freeware programs let me know.

For some unknown reason, I am unable to see my Windows 10 Start Tiles. I know it's not my settings problem, because i have checked it. I neither can access to Settings from Start Menu. Have to go from DISPLAY SETTINGS or some other indirect way.

If you ever wondered if running your PC parts cooler helps with performance in any way...
TL;DW - Nope. As long as your parts aren't throttling - overclock and let them cook :D
