iPhone 6 Plus
Apple’s products have always been pretty divisive, with people either loving or hating them, but whatever you think they know how to make the best of their hardware when it comes to apps and gaming. The 6 Plus might come with a hefty price tag, but for iOS fans the 5.5” screen and 1080p display make it the obvious choice for mobile gaming.

HTC One M8
Packing a 5.0” screen and a 1080p display puts this pretty much bang on with the S5 at a glance, the price is still steep, around the £500 mark. As you’d expect the HTC runs demanding games very smoothly, rarely breaking a sweat playing even the most demanding titles.
