Around 10 years outside and 100 years inside is my quess but that depends on avarage humidity in your area
Until oxidation process start to eat metal parts -solder, copper wires ...etc
other parts like PCB is laminate and connectors on cpu are covered by gold so they can survive quite long

But in the meantime you'll only be able to play games for around 2 more years. That's what Zilincan meant :D

depends also on electrical stability, because surge or short circuit may blow PSU and/or mobo :P

that remind me of the 5 mobo repairs till date (THE SAME DAMN ONE!!!). My dad is like..."Lets just throw this away and buy a laptop...1gb ram one are really good" And I AM LIKE.....NOOOOOOO!!!!! Hence I stated saving money secretly with my mom's help. So close to my target ^o^ ! Will be upgrading to an i3 and 650ti

You have a low resolution so your rig can handle most of the games for a while. I would advice you to upgrade your Ram for better performance :)

yeah, i may add more 4 gb of ram as it is cheaper than other parts....thnx mate....

I would get a quad core CPU soon, dual cores are going to be to weak for most AAA titles, though it can still play, not at anything above low... anyways, your rig should last until mid next year.

I know how you feel, try saving up so you can buy it yourself, I did for my first custom, still building it, but at least you can save you own your PC :)
