My GPU broke down
Written by: KillermanXd34 - 19:15 Jan-22-2014
Hey guys.
Just few days ago my GT 630 broke down. I Changed my motherboard's southbridge thermal paste and i put my computer back on and when i turned it on, it loaded windows and then came black screen and it does it everytime. I'm gonna take it to the warranty.
At least i can use my computer, i have currently msi 7300 gs 256mb and it's flashed(or something like that) to 7500 le from rivatuner. I overclocked it pretty much, and i gets like really hot. I cleaned it from dust and changed thermal paste.

might me dead gpu memory clock,
my old 7300 heated incredibly, so make sure to put some additional fan close to the card to blow colder air on it (from side etc..)

Yeah, i thinked by myself that it was the memory. It's stock speed was 666 and i clocked it to 830. I wasn't able to clock the core. Stock was 810 and i held it on 820. 830 wasn't stable.
I have and extra fan under the gpu.
