I am suffering from a bottleneck, i can play most games at high settings if only i had a better GPU, My CPU is only used 35% max in every game, so i found this

If i use this, and surf internet via Ethernet Cable, can u use my cpu to its max potential with an r9 270 and a Corsair CX 500???

when my cpu and/or ram becomes a bottleneck i'll build a new rig, untill then i can run games at atleast 900p (buy new monitor) on low-high 60 FPS, games like FC 4 and AC Unity, The Crew, The Forest???

Plz tell me if it is a good idea????, cuz i think that no need to waste money if i can use this CPU's potential already!!!

An R9 270 should work just fine. You should get good fps in most modern titles and you can easily OC the GPU to 270x levels. You won't get 60 fps in AC: Unity though, I can tell you that much. Everything else should run fine.
As for if it's a good idea or not, I'd say yes, as long as you know what you are doing. From what I was able to understand, you actually have to connect the adapter to the motherboard, so you may want to leave that to a professional. And I don't think it voids the warranty if the notebook when an authorized service opens it.

Well, if you feel confident in your skills, then go right ahead. And since your warranty has already expired, that's one less thing to worry about :D

i have proof now, i can further reduce cpu usage by closing apps by 8-10 %

so is my idea good to consider??

If your GPU is only used 35% in every game you play, then every game you play is unoptimized. It should hover around 80%

Also, how do you keep that notebook from overheating with 30% OC?

it wasn't oced, sorry abt that, its avg usage 35% and gpu 99% and when i stress test it the cpu usage is 100% the temps are max 85^C and thats not thermal throttel temps in Intel its 100-105^C
