Yes, you need to cool down 400W of heat while being power-efficient. IndustrialPPC-2000 is perfect for the job - 2.2W consumption and the body withstand over 150°C.

Yes, some of them. Mine is IP42 (dust proof bearing, rain proof). There are IP67 ones as well which can be submerged while running.
