GTA V Poor performance, and no sound.

I have had this issue for about a month now. I know that it's related to the NVhd audio drivers, and the realtek sound drivers. That and for a short period the problem would stop if I simply unplugged my Recon 50's and used the NV HD audio. After a while this stopped working. So I figured turning off the NV drivers would help, and I would be able to use the recons. No no it did not. So then I ran DXSETUP. That didn't help. Does somebody know how to fix this. Because I'm frankly annoyed.

Have you tried uninstalling your Nvidia Drivers with DDU? If not, then try it. The steps in case you didn't: 1. Launch DDU through its .exe 2. Let it boot into safemode when it asks 3. While in safemode uninstall all nvidia drivers (recommended option) 4. It will reboot into normal mode, so you will be able to install the latest drivers for the GPU 5. Restart for a last time 6.Report with results here.
