I think my PSU is weaker than yours, and mine's good enough to run my system, even if it has only 20 AMP's on the 12V rail.Do you think I can use a HD 7870 with my PSU ?

Sounds like a rip off of Cooler Master and Thermal Solutions.
20A is rather low for a 500W. Does it have any PCIe connector even? HD7850 requires two of those, or forcing Molex into 6-pin via adapters, but if the PSU didn't have those at first, means it shouldn't handle a card that needs that.

hmm 20A at 12V rail isn't too much, but according to GD it might run HD7850 :Đ

I thought the minimum amperage for +12v was 24 amps. I'm not sure hehe. I could be wrong. :p

The image he provided was quite blurry. I Googled his PSU's model and I think this is the exact PSU that he has. http://content.onliner.by/forum/1b8/1a3/262462/800x800/f5c5a1ac9b7acc37a50cfe2e0172a754.jpg

Probably an AMD 5770 or a GTX 550ti. I used eXtreme's PSU calculator to get a rough estimate of your rig's power consumption and it shows around 280-300w (including your current GPU). I wouldn't push your PSU beyond 400w though. I never heard of that brand before and quite frankly I'm leery of it. No offense mate, but I would EXTREMELY recommend getting a better PSU (e.g. Seasonic, Enermax, Corsair and others). As a rule of thumb, never go cheap on your PSU.

instead of new psu he could go for cm k350 because as far as i know it has thermaltake 450w real power psu in it .
