For anyone wondering about the CPU cooler height: my CM 412S fits perfectly and there's still a few centimeters space between the heatsink and the side panel.

Yeah it fits perfectly, but i realy need to switch my cpu cooler. I'm thinking about the Corsair Hydro H100i :)

Are you going to put that hydro on the i5? Because that will be very well cooled i5 lol if you're thinking on upgrading to a overclocking cpu then I'll recommend it at 115% but if you're good atm i think a noctua d-14 will work perfect

i'm looking to upgrade to a 4th gen cpu and then overclock it :D, what do you recommend?

It's not a bad idea but in late 2015 there will be a new socket and new cpus so it's all up to you.. the new socket was 1151 and the cpus of socket 1150 will not be compatible with them. So it's all up to you. I think you're fine for now and in late 2015 maybe Q3 you could afford for a new OC cpu with the newer socket
