I used it for a year now and yesterday switched to Xbox box 360 controller as i said if you want to start gameplay with a controller what is hardy enough.. This is a Good option and comes cheap too.
Here are some pros and cons which i Noticed

Fits good in Hand(Good Grip)
Buttons are well placed
Left Stick and Right Stick have optimum Tension.
Very useful if this is ur first gamepad and if u want to pour all ur game-play exciment on the controller
Works Fav with any version of FIFA( But only a Few Skill Moves can be done as the RS is not that responsive while LT is pressed)
If You are an NFS player will make ur hands pain as the Buttons are a Bit tight,
Cons
Wont work with most of the games even with expadder.
Lacks the 8 Directional d-pad, So any game where The D pad is used cannot be played.
The GamePad Does not gave a Trigger( the button that makes the Click click sound). So most arcade games which uses a trigger cannot be played. U wont be able to map any button as trigger throgh Xpadder,Wont allow you.
The Grip becomes slippery if u are playing with sweaty hands
After playing FIFA for around 6-7 months the The rubber padding over the LS would tear away leaving the metal LS naked and it hurts to control a player with the metal LS.
