When selecting the right graphics card today we are specifically hunting for great price-to-performance gpus that can run Humankind in ultra 1440p. Right now the best graphics card purchase for this game is the GeForce GTX 1660 Super Asus Dual Evo OC 6GB, which will work really well at this screen resolution. It’s currently priced at $239.99, which puts it as one of the cheapest but best performers for this type of game. And we can see the card has dropped its price by $47.68 during the past two weeks. Humankind needs 6GB of VRAM to suitably store adequate amounts of image data during transfer between video card and processor. Our GeForce GTX 1660 Super Asus Dual Evo OC 6GB graphics card has 6GB which will be suitable for this resolution of gaming.

Selecting The Right Humankind 1440p Motherboard and CPU

To accompany the graphics option we have put a compatible motherboard into the build. The ASRock Intel B365 ATX LGA1151 motherboard in turn enables us to add the Core i5-9400F 6-Core 2.9GHz processor that has the LGA 1151 socket. This CPU is a great fit for Humankind and balances nicely with the GeForce GTX 1660 Super Asus Dual Evo OC 6GB, to help reach the right frame rates at this resolution. We have of course chosen this CPU today because of its price to performance credentials where it is currently priced at $167.87. Looking through our data we can see the lowest price for this cpu was on 16th Mar 2020, which had it marked up at $119.99.

Today the ASRock Intel B365 ATX LGA1151 competitively costs $72.99, which provides it a place in our build today. We have checked the mobo prices and found that on 4th Apr 2020, this motherboard was priced at a low of $59.99.

How To Choose The Best RAM For Humankind At The Right Price

The Humankind PC we are building will want some supporting RAM to help our CPU and GPU selections to deliver the right FPS. Selecting A High Performance Mouse For Humankind

Selecting the right mouse for a game like Humankind has encouraged us to increase the quality of the mouse we would add to our build. As the game sits in the , Strategy, Turn-based genre list we felt that the Cooler Master MM710 mouse is today’s best priced but higher performing gaming mouse for this particular computer setup.

An Alternative Humankind Graphics Card Option for 1440p

Not everyone is interested in going with a Nvidia card, like the one we have opted for in this build. So you could try going for the AMD Radeon RX Vega 56 8GB instead, which comes with a 7% better performance adjustment when compared to GeForce GTX 1660 Super Asus Dual Evo OC 6GB, and is certainly a solid video card choice for our build. We selected it while also considering its current price point, it is costing $899.98 at the moment.
