Here we will create the best priced PC build to run eFootball PES 2021, where it will meet the demands that a game like this will put on a custom PC. Our view is to answer the question, what PC should I buy that can play PES 21 really well, and for the best possible price today? In doing this we keep in mind our need to deliver the game reliably on the best graphics possible, delivered via a 1440p screen resolution. We visit this page every day to check on the prices and selected components we have added for this PC build. Naturally as new better hardware is found we will be adding and swapping to optimise this list with a view to giving us all a good jumping off point regarding expected build quality and pricing levels for our new eFootball PES 2021 build.
eFootball PES 2021 is currently not in our top demanding games list. It is also considered a Sim, Sport, Management genre style game and happened to be built by the devs on hardware from 2020 and in the period leading up to this. This may be worth considering when understanding the performance requirements a PC for this title might be expected to have. It is currently not really figuring in our more popular games lists. All this background info will help us better choose the components today for this game PC build, but our main factor will of course be price to performance for each component and peripheral we choose below.

Choosing the graphics card needs to be done correctly and as we are putting together a gamer PC build for eFootball PES 2021 at 1440p ultra graphics we want something with the best price today while returning the best performance for that price. This has led us to the Radeon RX 5700 Sapphire 8GB, which has a good price at the moment, as its currently priced at $308.14. The lowest price recorded by us so far for the Radeon RX 5700 Sapphire 8GB is $297.52 recorded at 19th Dec 2019. And with that in mind the Radeon RX 5700 Sapphire 8GB is a great match for eFootball PES 2021 at 1440p ultra. It will certainly help us get good FPS. we will highlight those FPS in more detail later in this article. As a point of interest this graphics card has increased its price by $10.62 over the past two weeks.
We also want the graphics card to have at least 4GB VRAM onboard. The video card in this build has 8 which will act as a good data buffer between the processor and the graphics hardware.
Finding a well priced motherboard, like the one we are putting in our build today really helps tie things together in terms of performance and opens up other hardware options that become available to us later in the selection. The MSI B360M PRO-VD Intel mATX LAG1151 motherboard is at a great price point and lets us select our desired LGA 1151 cpu. As the Radeon RX 5700 Sapphire 8GB wants a suitable good pairing when looking to run eFootball PES 2021 well at this resolution. The Core i5-9400F 6-Core 2.9GHz is currently priced at a competitive $147.67. A low end price for this CPU would be $119.99, which we saw it priced at on 16th Mar 2020.
Looking at motherboard prices and features the competitively priced $49.46 MSI B360M PRO-VD Intel mATX LAG1151 certainly takes a well-deserved place in our build. A low recorded price for this motherboard was spotted on 28th Dec 2019 where it was $32.99.
One of the more significant hardware components in this eFootball PES 2021 build is the RAM. We are choosing some complementary and well priced OLOy 16GB (1x16GB) DDR4 2400MHz. It is currently priced at $50.99. While among the best priced system memory for this build it will still provide us with the ability to reach our desired FPS for the 1440p ultra setting, that we have been focusing on with this PC. We looked through our records and saw that the RAM prices on 7th Jan 2020, represented a low price point $47.89. Which gives us an indication of how things sit today with the RAM price
Our PC build can run eFootball PES 2021 at High graphics settings comfortably, returning a 1440p FPS of 158 and we would expect an average of 113 FPS on Ultra with the Radeon RX 5700 Sapphire 8GB, Core i5-9400F 6-Core 2.9GHz combo we have put into this computer.
Upping the screen size to 4k for PES 21 using this build would return 94 frames per second on High settings. This would drop further to 67 when turning up to Ultra graphics.
When buying a gaming PC for a specific game we still expect it to run other popular games. So as a benchmark lets see how well todays best priced PC build can deal with these 3 games at 1440p. Far Cry 6 should get 39 FPS at Ultra settings and this goes up to 55 frames at High settings. Genshin Impact can get an Ultra FPS of 56 FPS and increases to 78 FPS for High. FIFA 21 is expected to be around 181 FPS for Ultra settings and improves to a 200+ FPS on High settings.
Not everyone is interested in going with a AMD card, like the one we have opted for in this build. So you could try going for the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 Gigabyte Windforce OC 6GB instead, which comes with a 5% worse performance adjustment when compared to Radeon RX 5700 Sapphire 8GB, and is certainly a solid video card choice for our build. We selected it while also considering its current price point, it is costing $299.99 at the moment.
