Choosing A Graphics Card For Our 1440p Isonzo PC Build

Lets not pay over the odds when we put this game’s graphics card in. We want something that can play Isonzo at 1440p ultra graphics options and we want something that has a reasonable price compared to the other graphics options. The GeForce GTX 1660 Super Asus Dual Evo OC 6GB has been looking like a good stand in for this games curated PC build, based on the price of $239.99 that we found it marked at today. It will certainly help return suitable FPS, which we will go into a bit later in the article, at ultra 1440p. Checking our records our lowest tracked price for this card was on 28th Nov 2019, which had it priced at $229.99. Looking a little deeper at this cards pricing history shows this card has seen a drop in its price by $47.68 over the last two weeks.

A good reference point is, a low price for this processor was spotted on 1st Dec 2020 where we saw it for $161.03.

The awesome ASRock Intel B365 ATX LGA1151 is highly competitive, priced at $72.99, which provides it a position today in this gamer build. This motherboard was priced at $59.99, which we saw on 4th Apr 2020. While monitoring prices this is the lowest we have seen it at.

How To Choose The Best RAM For Isonzo At The Right Price

To make sure we meet the Isonzo system requirements and to help us achieve the required FPS for Ultra at 1440p we have chosen the Patriot Viper Steel Series 8GB (1x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz, which is todays best priced system memory. It is priced at $42.99 and compliments the CPU and GPU nicely. A low price point for this Patriot Viper Steel Series 8GB (1x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz was spotted on 29th Nov 2019, where we saw it at $30.35.

A PC build like this can expect to get an average of 67 FPS on High settings in Isonzo at 1440p. There may be some lower frame rates in some parts of the game, but we have chosen the components to get some solid frame rates. Increasing the quality in the game to Ultra, will see us still getting an FPS of 48.
