If you are asking yourself, what hardware components should I buy for my next PC so it can run Skydome then that is exactly what we will be doing in this review. Our challenge is in choosing the right priced PC items to get together an optimum build, which can meet the needs of Skydome. We will therefore be aiming to run this game confidently each time with ultra graphics settings, getting its visuals from a 1080p resolution monitor screen. We visit this page every day to check on the prices and selected components we have added for this PC build. Naturally as new better hardware is found we will be adding and swapping to optimise this list with a view to giving us all a good jumping off point regarding expected build quality and pricing levels for our new Skydome build.

If we are building a PC for a specific game then various game characteristics can be considered to help us put together the right computer. When considering Skydome we can see that it is in the , Strategy, Action, Casual genre categories. This can influence some of the peripheral selections we make, as we will be wanting to make sure that the components we choose are complementary to the games needs. Something often overlooked is that we know the game itself would be developed during and shortly before 2021. Therefore we can speculate that it would have been built by the developers with hardware that has similar performance capability from that period as well. This title is currently one of the more demanding titles on the site right now, sitting at 1 on our most demanding list of games. With those thoughts helping us select specific hardware to match this title we will now select the best priced hardware today to meet these requirements from our curated gaming hardware lists.

Choosing A Graphics Card For Our 1080p Skydome PC Build

When selecting the right graphics card today we are specifically hunting for great price-to-performance gpus that can run Skydome in ultra 1080p. Right now the best graphics card purchase for this game is the Radeon RX 570 Sapphire Pulse ITX 4GB, which will work really well at this screen resolution. It’s currently priced at $175.45, which puts it as one of the cheapest but best performers for this type of game. Checking our records our lowest tracked price for this card was on 5th Feb 2020 which had it priced at $123.99.

Our PC build has 4GB of onboard card memory to act as an image data store between the GPU and CPU. At this resolution the game will need at least 1GB of VRAM from our PC build. So with the selected Radeon RX 570 Sapphire Pulse ITX 4GB we have met that graphical requirement.

Selecting The Right Skydome 1080p Motherboard and CPU

We have selected a GIGABYTE GA-A320M mATX AM4 motherboard to allow us to then go on and add a great cpu for this Skydome build. With a Socket AM4 socket type motherboard we choose the well priced Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core 3.6GHz, which is at the best price to performance for processors in this range at the moment. Currently priced at a competitive $199.99 this cpu is a good performance addition for our build. You can get this processor for $56.98, which we saw it at that price on 7th Jul 2020. This is the lowest we have seen it at while watching processor prices.

The GIGABYTE GA-A320M mATX AM4 motherboard has a cost today of $59.99 that helps find it a place in today’s Skydome build. Our motherboard price records put this mobo’s price on 18th Feb 2021 at $51.88.

How To Choose The Best RAM For Skydome At The Right Price

This is part of the gamers 3 core hardware components. Our Skydome built PC will need a correct amount of RAM while being found for the best price today. To provide a RAM pricing benchmark the lowest recorded price we have for the Patriot Viper Steel Series 8GB (1x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz is $30.35 on 29th Nov 2019.
