Something that can influence our peripheral selection is that the game is found in the , Sport, Racing genres, and this can sometimes sway some of the requirements of hardware we choose. Something else to consider is that F1 22 would have been built on PC hardware from 2022 and shortly before this period. All interesting points for sure, but what we are really after is that we want to select components that best fit this game type but will also be today’s best value for money hardware of good enough quality to meet the game’s needs.

Choosing A Graphics Card For Our 1080p F1 22 PC Build

Lets not pay over the odds when we put this game’s graphics card in. We want something that can play F1 22 at 1080p ultra graphics options and we want something that has a reasonable price compared to the other graphics options. The Radeon RX 5700 Sapphire 8GB has been looking like a good stand in for this games curated PC build, based on the price of $308.14 that we found it marked at today. It will certainly help return suitable FPS, which we will go into a bit later in the article, at ultra 1080p. Checking our records our lowest tracked price for this card was on 19th Dec 2019 which had it priced at $297.52. Looking a little deeper at this cards pricing history shows this card has increased its price by $10.62 over the past two weeks.

We were looking to get a video card with at least 6GB of VRAM available onboard it, which acts an image data buffer between our video card and CPU. The Radeon RX 5700 Sapphire 8GB has 8GB, which is suitable at this resolution.

Having the competitive price tag of $59.99, the GIGABYTE GA-A320M mATX AM4 motherboard’s strong price point today helps it stay in this F1 22 PC build. We have checked the mobo prices and found that on 18th Feb 2021, this motherboard was priced at a low of $51.88.

How To Choose The Best RAM For F1 22 At The Right Price

Our F1 22 built PC needs some solid performing RAM to enable us to meet the game’s system requirement expectations and achieve the desired FPS at ultra 1080p. The Patriot Viper Steel Series 8GB (1x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz is capable of meeting those needs, while complementing the Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core 3.6GHz and Radeon RX 5700 Sapphire 8GB of our build and priced at a reasonable $42.99. PC Performance Review at 1080p Ultra Settings on F1 22

With our key performance components in place we are expecting to see this setup running F1 22 at around 70 average frames per second, on 1080p screen resolution. This should be achieved on ultra graphics settings. If you turn a few graphics options down we expect around 97 FPS at high graphics.
