Choosing A Graphics Card For Our 1080p The Division PC Build

We want a punchy GPU for this build and the Radeon RX 580 XFX GTR XXX 8GB is currently priced at a competitive $164.99. Out of interest our lowest price tracked on this graphics card was on 28th Dec 2019 where we saw it for $159.. Watching this card over the past 2 weeks we have seen its price drop by $14.01, further supporting our selection in this hardware.

Our graphics card will need 4GB of VRAM built into it to act as a suitable buffer between our video card and chosen CPU. This graphics card has 8GB which will be plenty for this game at this resolution.

Selecting The Right The Division 1080p Motherboard and CPU

We have selected a ASRock Intel B365 ATX LGA1151 motherboard to allow us to then go on and add a great cpu for this The Division build. With a LGA 1151 socket type motherboard we choose the well priced Core i5-9400F 6-Core 2.9GHz, which is at the best price to performance for processors in this range at the moment. PC Performance Review at 1080p Ultra Settings on The Division

This computer setup should be looking at getting 64 FPS on Ultra graphics at the 1080p screen size in The Division. We expect with a few tweaks to the settings this gaming PC will also get around 89 FPS at High settings, which will give you some frame rate performance to play around with.

Selecting A High Performance Mouse For The Division

The , Shooter, Online, RPG genre means that we would be looking for our build’s mouse selection to be of higher quality than normal, so we have chosen the Cooler Master MM710 as the best mouse option based on today’s prices versus gamer quality.

The Division Benefits From a High Quality Audio Headset

A game like this almost demands that you enjoy its accompanying audio. So we increased the range of quality headsets that we looked at for our PC Builds sound delivery solution. We have still chosen the best valued headset in this range, but it will deliver some clear gaming audio and is a comfortable headset to boot. We have paired this build with the Logitech G635 7.1. We felt it fit the build nicely without breaking the bank. But there are other options above in our curated headsets list, just press the associated button in our PC build component table above for some of our other best priced components.

An Alternative The Division Graphics Card Option for 1080p

Not everyone is interested in going with a AMD card, like the one we have opted for in this build. So you could try going for the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Asus Phoenix 6GB instead, which comes with a 4% better performance adjustment when compared to Radeon RX 580 XFX GTR XXX 8GB, and is certainly a solid video card choice for our build. We selected it while also considering its current price point, it is costing $219.99 at the moment.
