Kind of confused. Recommended ask for a 3.2Ghz processor. Mine runs at 3.0GHz but it still appears like I won't be using even half the full CPU power.

given the age of the game and your specs (especially that nice i5 sandy bridge) you can run it on high to max (anti-alias or not)
