Everything is green and ram is golden
Btw HD Graohics new driver update says that it can run just cause 3 and fallout 4 so yeah. (Although I don't believe it but it's written on intel website)

Do you mean if the game is actually good enough to play?Well then,IMO it's not.It feels rushed to me.But maybe you will like it,check out some gameplay videos of it then you decide

with the hd4600 you can play it on low. But looking at your CPU, are you sure you don't have a better GPU in your laptop? I've never seen a i7-4710HQ (or MQ) without a GT840M or something like that one. If your laptop does have a better GPU than the HD4600, use that one.

yes something like that. however if it's possible for you, add 1GB(32-bit windows) or 2GB(64-bit win.) RAM in your PC. You'll see that your PC will become faster. I did that with my old PC and it became a lot faster. diffrence is incredible

here it says that i dont even meet the minimum requirements while i already finished the game on medium with intel hd graphics

Lol that's cool, your components don't seem that low, plus meeting requirements is different than being able to run, I've had computers that can run it but don't meet the requirements, just happens to be that way, computers aren't identical

They are what we believe to be the minimum specs required to run the game on decent settings, so that it looks well, but doesn't lag too much at the same time. That usually falls around medium or high settings, depending on the game.
