Anyone else looking at this, murilonz1 can play this on medium-high settings...
I can play this on medium settings with normal frame rate or up until my city size becomes a little big.

Thanks yeah I took a risk and bought it on steam and it works. The frame rate is choppy a little when zooming in but other than that its playable

First there is no campaign of any sort..only some locked goals, which you can disable. Secondly, the goals are the same for each map, so one strategy is enough. Thirdly the game does not take advantage of multiple CPUs, which leads to poor performance on some ocasions. Other than that, great graphics and variety of buildings.
