To run Lucius on high graphics settings your PC will require at least a GeForce GTX 260 / Radeon HD 6770 with a Pentium Dual Core E5300 2.6GHz or Athlon II X2 250 CPU. 2 GB will also be needed to achieve the Lucius rec specs and get 60FPS. To be able to run at all you will need at least 1.5 GB system memory. Your GPU is expected to be able to deliver DirectX 9.00. We suggest a 12 year old PC to play smoothly.

I get perfect fps on any setting but there is sometimes a quick burst of lag what seems to be making that happen?

I'm sure you can run it on low to medium :) Just cause of your resolution :) I didn't think it would be as demanding as it is. One thing I'm unsure about is the games optimization, if it is bad then you might not be able to run it. I would recommend checking that up somewhere else :)
