On my dual core laptop with chipset I could play with -20fps so i think you can run it and get a lot more, if you want to play on medium settings lower resoluti

Sorry *high settings, switching from medium to high doesn't change much, but still :).
Try to lower resolution to min.1024x800 and see if you can get 30-40 :)

um I run this game at 8-11 fps on super low sooooo maybe super low for you and you would get around 27-30 fps

Your CPU could be the problem. It can barelly make it on lowest settings :/ You can try again.
